Each individual may hold only one big777 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

Use of bots, arbitrage systems, or exploitative strategies is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) registered Account on big777. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balance in the duplicate account(s) may be forfeited.
You must provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details at registration. The name on your Account must exactly match the name on the payment accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) you use for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays pending KYC verification.

Sharing your Account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. big777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
big777 employs automated monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity, including irregular login patterns, atypical transaction behaviour, and potential fraud indicators. We reserve the right to temporarily lock an Account pending investigation without prior notice.
big777 accepts deposits via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account balance within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds during banking hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. big777 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will be returned less any applicable bank fees. big777 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or any payment instrument that does not belong to the registered Account holder.
big777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account in your name may be held pending investigation and may ultimately be returned to the source account.
To submit a withdrawal request, you must have completed KYC verification, have a positive real-money balance in your Account, and have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
For fully verified Accounts, big777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or flagged for additional review may take longer. big777 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your big777 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit was made via a specific payment channel, the corresponding withdrawal will, where operationally possible, be returned to that same channel.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. big777 reserves the right to stage large withdrawals across multiple payment instalments at its operational discretion.
big777 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete or inconsistent; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending wagers are settled.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by big777 are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on games with an RTP above the threshold specified in the promotion terms may not count towards wagering requirements. big777 reserves the right to specify which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirement completion.
big777 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Practices including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or providing false information to obtain a bonus are classified as bonus abuse. Confirmed cases of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire automatically without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Note: big777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be subject to the terms in force at the time of opt-in, provided the promotion has not been withdrawn due to error or abuse.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with big777's Sportsbook Rules, which govern settlement procedures for individual sports, markets, and bet types. This includes rules governing football (bandar bola — ball-market betting), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, Asian Handicap lines, voor bola (handicap spread), and in-play markets. big777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was determined before the bet was accepted, or where the odds were clearly published in error.
Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game show formats — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented in the live room. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's final recorded state. big777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side.
Slot games are provided by certified third-party studios and governed by the rules displayed within each game. Published RTP figures reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Interrupted game rounds will be completed when connectivity is restored; any pending winnings from the interrupted round will be credited accordingly.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the official draw systems as specified on the togel game page. big777 does not control draw outcomes and acts solely as a wagering intermediary. Result disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the draw time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed or credited, big777 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and correct the error. Any funds credited to an Account as a result of an error are not considered winnings and must be returned on demand.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
big777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes; (c) there is a risk of financial crime or money laundering; or (d) the Account holder's continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Operator.
Where an Account is closed by big777 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety.
You may request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and the resulting balance will be made available for withdrawal. All content on the big777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, game software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without express written consent from the Operator is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, big777's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes big777's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Operator; (b) death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
big777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable law and our data retention obligations under anti-money-laundering regulations.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. You agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia that cannot be contractually waived.
